DRAGONFLY Printing Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them each time you access the website.
We may provide all legal communications and notices electronically, either by posting them on our website or by sending them to the email address you provided upon registration. If you withdraw consent to receive electronic communications, you must discontinue use of your account.
General
- All transactions made on www.dragonfly-printing.com or by phone are governed by Philippine law.
- DRAGONFLY Printing Services is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., machinery breakdown, natural disasters, government actions, lockdowns, war, or riots).
- All artwork creation tools on www.dragonfly-printing.com are the property of DRAGONFLY Printing Services and its affiliates.
- By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Reservations
- All orders are subject to acceptance by DRAGONFLY Printing Services.
- We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.
- Prices may change without prior notice, even after an order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once processed and/or shipped.
- Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within 2 business days of receipt by emailing dragonflyprinting@gmail.com.
- Defective items will be inspected before replacement is approved.
- Products will not be replaced if damage is due to misuse, mishandling, or partial use.
- Customers have 7 days from purchase to report defects; claims beyond this period will not be acknowledged.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Warranty
DRAGONFLY Printing Services does not provide explicit or implied warranties beyond possible replacement of defective products. Credit or replacement may be granted at our discretion.
Shipping
- Customers may arrange their own shipping or request DRAGONFLY Printing Services to arrange it with a third-party carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages once the order is with the shipping carrier.
Limitation of Liability
- DRAGONFLY Printing Services shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or financial damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
- The customer agrees to indemnify DRAGONFLY Printing Services against claims related to copyright, trademarks, service marks, or personal rights violations.
- We are not liable for errors in final products caused by:
- Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes
- Low-resolution images or graphics
- Color variations (RGB/Pantone to CMYK conversions)
- Incorrect order specifications (size, paper, finish, etc.)
- Incorrect file orientation or uploads
- Cutting variances
- Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Refunds are only available for defective products after inspection.
